Amazing
Absolutely beautiful, from the rooms, to the pool, to the restaurant. I booked the cheapest most basic room, and guess what? SURPRISE! I was upgraded to a pool villa!!! The villa was absolutely gorgeous with a private pool, 2 showers, 2 bathtubs, a whole comfy outdoor lounge area. The service was excellent, the staff go above and beyond to make their guests comfortable. housekeeping was so detailed and just over all I am very impressed and grateful for such a wonderful stay. The company and the manager need to know they have the most awesome, sweetest, kindest, and hardworking staff who all deserve the best!! Also Thank you to Ada ( I think I’m remembering your name correctly) and Snooker who were extremely helpful at the front desk!
nothing about the property, or the resort (everything was perfect)but Phuket is VERY touristy, so I would only recommend staying a couple days here and go check out the other more quiet less touristy islands of Thailand.
